Ratings and reviews

Great ... when it works. I've used RT for a few years now and it's been really useful in helping me to monitor how I spend my time online. Problem is that every few months it stops syncing data. Support was OK but recently I send in reports and get no response. Only solutions they offer is to uninstall and reinstall but that loses data and it doesn't fix the issue. Works fine on desktop but very poor on tablet & phone.

On the app on my phone I can see how much time I have spent on both devices per day. I know that online you can check time spent over weeks and months and I think that would be a really useful thing to include on the app. I would like to be able to see a total number of hours calculated over the whole week or month because adding it up would be a pain. EDIT: I have found recently that the app doesn't track my phone use until I open the app!!

It's good. I used to be a member back in 2011ish, and we had a feature that would compare your productivity vs. the rest of the rescue time population. I emailed support about this years ago and they said it was being revamped because the logic wasn't solid. Well, it's been 7 years now. It's still a feature I long for.
