Terrible customer service! I had a $100 gift card I was waiting to use once they had more restaurant choices. They canceled the gift card credits without notification, and the gift card had no expiration date. They did nothing to remedy the situation, just mafe excuses. Terrible, untrustworthy company!
UPDATE: I'm sure they'll fix that create an account bug now that they're definitely aware of it. In the meantime, their customer service team was really quick and attentive and created an account for my mother so that she can book some of her favourite restaurants. There's no finish button when creating an account so ultimately you can't create an account. I don't want one, but was trying to make one for my mom on my android phone as she didn't have a finish button on her iPad. Turns out I guess no one gets a finish button!
App crashes, and no way to login or check account on web site. It never validated my phone number. Overall doesn't seem worth the time or effort. Will try to cancel after we finish lunch.
Use to be cool... then they got rid of the auto pay feature.. no point now. You can use open table and get points at least.
Used to be good I liked getting hard to get reservations through this app but that service is no longer avail disappointed. I already have open table so now this is redundant
App used to work well, now it won't get passed the loading screen for me (Android Pixel, Android O beta). Forced to use the website on my mobile browser instead.
