UPDATE: I'm sure they'll fix that create an account bug now that they're definitely aware of it. In the meantime, their customer service team was really quick and attentive and created an account for my mother so that she can book some of her favourite restaurants. There's no finish button when creating an account so ultimately you can't create an account. I don't want one, but was trying to make one for my mom on my android phone as she didn't have a finish button on her iPad. Turns out I guess no one gets a finish button!

Terrible customer service! I had a $100 gift card I was waiting to use once they had more restaurant choices. They canceled the gift card credits without notification, and the gift card had no expiration date. They did nothing to remedy the situation, just mafe excuses. Terrible, untrustworthy company!

Credit card required I will not put a credit card in to make a reservation. This needs to be optional nor required
Amateur UX After I log in into the app to modify an existing reservation, I have to log in again to confirm the new time. (?)
Awful. I can't change or cancel a reservation. It also keeps telling me that my phone number is invalid.
VIP treatment. Love not having to ask for the bill at the end of dinner. In 2 recent uses,the owner came by the table to say hi and thank me for dining. Definitely the VIP treatment

Can't modify reservation I do not like this app. When I select the option to change or cancel the reservation it doesn't work. Modifying your reservation is very important and this app doesn't work right.

The app is well designed, easy to use, and informative. The problem is the premise of their business--that you can get better, elusive reservations by 'working with' restaurants--is just flawed. You spend all day submitting requests that get rejected. Might as well just call the restaurants yourself and negotiate...it will save you time.
Credit card required to look This all requires you to enter a credit card just to check availability for a reservation. The chat based UI makes it impossible to know how to make a request properly. I also cannot close my account from the app, and am contacting support to try to do so now
App does not work Set up app with a valid phone number. App told me my cell phone number for the last 12 years is invalid. Sent email to support and was told the issue was resolved. Attempted to make a reservation, system told me I could not make a reservation bc my phone number was not validated. Sucks I've already gave you my CC number. If you can't get basic things like my phone number to work who knows how badly you'll store or misuse my CC info.
Concierge fee? Love this concept, just not sure I understand the concierge fee. It was waived for my last reservation in Boston. Is there anyway to know whether it will be charged or waived?

Reserve Support Cumbersome mess, beautifully designed... While great to look at, the app made it harder to deal with restaurants. 1. After "requesting" a reservation, it took a couple of hours to get a confirmation. By phone or another restaurant app, it would have been instantly. 2. On the next day, I had a back-and-forth, to avoid getting double charged. The waiter wasn't aware that I'd have to pay through the app. 3. The promotional incentive never happened. 4. The restaurant's website sent me away to the app store; could have made a reservation right there.

Reserve Support So far so good, promo code XYSAEV The app works fine so far. Haven't had my first reservation go through but we'll see. If you use the promo code you get $5 and I get $5.

Doesn't work now At the moment it will show me the last restaurant I ate at when I log in, but I can't do anything else...there is just a static image of that old restaurant.

Good service, glitchy app Great idea to help get hard to book restaurants. However the app force closes, the add the calendar doesn't work and the send invite has the wrong info.
app frozen and unusable I had a reservation through Reserve and loved how seamless the whole experience was. But now the app is frozen at the screen saying "Thank you for dining at XX". I can't even pull up a menu or anything else. Please fix the bug.
Must have Great service! Restaurant was booked on opentable but they were still able to get me a reservation. They also changed my time for me. Easy to use and very useful!! Best in the game!
Conspicuously lacking Dietary restrictions? Nope. I guess people with food allergies, special diets, or other health restrictions should just look elsewhere. It's a shame, because this is the group that would probably most like a hand picking something new and interesting, so long as it works for them.
Scam It's "free" unless of course you want to make a reservation. Then of course you will need to submit your credit card info. It's just another scam app.

Prepayment should be optional I want to make a reservation, not pay for the whole meal plus tip ahead of time (my date may pay, or friends may split). What is the point of tipping if you can't tip extra for great service or less for bad service?
Used it once, now it's broken The time I used it the interface wasn't that intuitive but I love the concept and the concierge. One of the more challenging things about going out to eat with toddlers is knowing when to cut and run. The concept of this app is great, but I went to use it last night and again try it this morning and it keeps coming up to a screen for me to review the restaurant we last ate at, with no option to exit, then after the review just shows it's processing animation until the app crashes. Uninstalling for now

Charges for meals a week ahead that never took place Don't do it. A girl had me get this app at tarfest yesterday and I booked a res for 10/4/15. Today is 9/27/15 and I just got a receipt that a $125 meal was charged to my credit card and we hope you enjoyed your meal. The receipt even shows that my reservation is next week but the app doesn't show it anymore and I apparently just paid for someone else to have a more extravagant meal than I've ever had in my life. This is insane. Don't get it. Now I get to fight the charge.
Wow, Great app! Easy to use! Okay, here the deal, this app is great because of two major things. One, the app can reserve a restaurant when sometime others can't. Two, Very easy and clean app.
