Its a terribly underdeveloped app. The maintenance requests are not in sync its closed by technician but in app its still open and have customercare calling for followup. The text cursor is horrible it only goes to the front you cant go back to modify words. Community requests after submitting disappears. No option for rent payment or visitors permission. Sometimes there is server issues hence submission of request errors out.Kindly fix the technical issues instead of entertaining false rating

5 stars for the app and the respond by the team there. Hope they fix the parking issue in IC as well.

Very simple app. Got lots of options for raising complaint, maintanence issues etc.
