works great except the programming. it's difficult using the wake up and when do you leave for scheduling. I just want on and off scheduling. And I'd like to only do it for one day sometimes. It won't let you do that, seems it wants you to commit to a week schedule. so I'm on the app all day. I didn't have that issue with the 20 year old hunter thermostat I replaced. I thought I would be able to set temps as I wanted them to be throughout the day. but no. even the vacation setting was no good

Not a very good app. I don't get notifications on time, and then I get phantom notifications up to a week later. I don't need to know someone is at my door several days later. And the real problem is that it displays the notification like it just happened. Nothing shows that it's an old notification. Really really poorly optimized for Android devices. My wife has the app and it seems to function properly for her. Clearly, the makers of this app are iPhone people.

The software is garbage. No way to deactivate an alerm from the app! Seriously!! Even worse though is the hardware. The SC5 connected CO & Smoke detectors give constant false alarms. On my second set of 5 after they started failing after a few months. FA sent 5 replacements which I installed 4 days ago and already these are giving false alarms. BTW this app does NOT connect to support for these alarms. That support can only be contacted by calling. Will fight for a full refund and get Ring!
