I want to like this but the push notifications are beyond annoying and not accurate. We get the initial notification of a person/vehicle being detected. When we clear the alert we continue to get the same alert over and over. I had someone leave at 5 pm. I noticed I had several notifications at 11 pm and cleared everything. Between midnight and when I woke up, I received more than 5 of the same alert. The indoor chime also doesn't work.

This app adds too much complexity to a thermostat while missing important features. For example, I go to a second home every week (days vary). I am not able to hit "vacation mode" and have it easily switch to established vacation settings. I have to put in departure and return dates every week which is a nuisance. Or I can try to use their auto away feature which is suppose to know if you are home. One of our thermostats is located behind door and cant see me. Make it simple!

horrible app that keeps you stuck in a loop. Would never recommend the Honeywell wireless thermostat or the app. technicians that came out and installed it said they have constant issues trying to get people connected also. I've honestly never been this frustrated with an app. Don't waste your time or your money on the Honeywell thermostat.
