The Resideo Pro app serves as a primary tool of engagement for HVAC and Security professionals when working with Resideo, Honeywell Home, and First Alert products. The app simplifies installation and configuration for a range of products, including:

• T Series thermostats: T5, T6 Pro, T9, T10 Pro, and T10+ Pro
• L Series water products: L1, L2, and L5
• VX1 doorbell
• Pro Series Panel

Use the app to securely connect to these devices via BluetoothTM, Wi-FiTM or QR code, configure device ISU settings, verify the devices are functioning correctly, and invite your customers to complete registration to the device on their homeowner app.

poorly written app that is to stupid to detect the fact edge is also a chromium based bowers. what stuff are they sniffing? They want chrome as your defualt browser. this is a red flag. either should work as l9ng as it is solely based on chromium browser not using Chrome Spyware stuff!

One of the worst apps I've ever used. it keeps disconnecting for no reason during setup. Can't get an outside temperature read from the internet either.

Don't even bother trying to sign up regardless if you have a mechanifal Business or especially iot configuration for mechanical. They will just deny you access.
