New version of this app is absolutely terrible. Only able to send one picture at a time from gallery to customers. We are dealing with hundreds of customers every day who needs MULTIPLE photos of producrs, services, documentation and WHAT is the point of using respond.io when whatsapp alone can send more than 10 photos at a time? Not friendly at all, not worth the subscription fee paid monthly. Cancelling subscription after this.

We apologize for this experience. We are currently working to release improvements for the mobile app, the selection of multiple files is included in the next release and expected to be released before the quarter ends.

This app is totally lagging and lots of issues 1. Unable to see clients' name & contacts 2. Unable to edit / hight previous sent message 3. Unable to send larger MB company document / proposal video to client. 4. Very lagging operation systems which needs longer time to get into the chating system. Please do stabilize the system and upgrade it to user friendly state. Cause ady pay alot for the advertisement but this platform just make the day more stressful.
