The Atmosphere - Time and Attendance app helps users manage workforce, school, and event check-in by tracking RFID smart badge data whether on-the-go or at stationary kiosks. Atmosphere integrates with payroll software, learning management systems, access control systems, and database managers.

Atmosphere has four check-in types that you can adapt to fit any check-in tracking station.
Open Check-In: Continuously track scans at entry points
Open Check-In/Check-Out: Track “check-in” and “check-out” scans at entry/exit points
Checkpoint: Track check-in/out at events for all individuals or assigned groups
Self Check-In: Prompt individuals at scan to self-select an event to check-in to
Improve access security by assigning your roster members to designated events on your calendar and verifying that only those members check-in to that event. For enhanced control, add photo identification and match each scanned badge back to the individual checking in.
With the Atmosphere - Time and Attendance app, the data you collect is automatically synced to your database when connected to the internet. Get instant access to lists of members that have checked-in to an area in real-time and always have up-to-date reports on your workforce, school, or events. When an internet connection is not available, Atmosphere continues to collect and store scans and will automatically update your database when returned to a network.
Atmosphere can be modified for different degrees of customization and control at both the organization and individual user levels. Administrators can manage what events users have access to, create custom backgrounds and messages for each user, and create custom, saved reports and subscribe individuals to frequently used reports.
With extensive search and filter options, you can create detailed reports with your collected data in order to gain insight into your organization. Track individuals or groups, narrow by date or time frame, view by location, and more. You can save reports you pull frequently and have them automatically send up-to-date data to your inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
