I am facing an issue with the use of app. When I scanned any utility bill of Electricity tye scanner cannot show the bill. The error comes on screen is bill not found but when I entered manual the reference number of the bill the app showed the bill. Please solve that issue as soon as possible. Thanks

It's very easy and useful but quickly log out. Please work on it immediately. As we use telenor appolo app, which takes approximately 3-4 hours for log out. I will be grateful, if this issue would be resolved. So we able to use it comfortably. I would like to request that fingure print option may be added in the app in this modern era. So we can easily login instead of applying password again & again. I will be grateful.

I think this is a fake app by jazz cash, only with purpose there is a retailer app either it works or not. About more than one year's period, tried everything asked by customer representatives but failed to sign up. It's just joke by jazz cash. It's on the bottom as compared to all micro finance banking apps. Cheap effort by jazz cash technical department.
