Deja Vu everytime needs to register, and again you will receive new card? really? no one who checks this app?

I have Etihad rewards for years and being able to access without any issues ....Until Etihad changed its rewards policy now unable to log in page disappears to log in contacted Etihad a got run around told to download app to different device [which i have done on five other devices and still can not log in .I think this is a ploy by Etihad as they don.t want you to get your money out .i feel i have being robbed by Etihad airways and will never fly with them again

This app is absolutley hopless tried several times to log in but keeps telling me its the wrong username or password...which it certainly is not.I log into Etihad Guest with the same details no problem at all.Sort it out for goodness sake or scrap it .
