Advanced DSP algorithms provide high quality audio with minimal processing delay. Supports all common scrambling frequencies.
No recording and playback necessary. This app samples audio from the microphone input and sends processed audio to the headphone output in real-time. This allows you to connect your device to phone line adapters or other audio equipment.
THIS APP DOES NOT PROCESS AUDIO DURING PHONE CALLS MADE ON THE SAME DEVICE. This is a limitation of Android, not the app. To use during a phone call, you'll need a separate phone to actually make the call. You'll also need a way to send audio from the device running Phantom I/O to the phone making the call. This could simply be headphones or earbuds placed against the microphone of the phone. This can be a bit tricky, since the levels have to be just right to prevent feedback. For best quality, use a landline phone and a phone recording adapter that allows you to play audio directly onto the phone line.
To process and/or scramble audio -- First, make sure headphones, earbuds, or other audio equipment are connected to the headphone jack. Select Process to begin processing audio from the microphone. You can then adjust the Pitch, Tremolo, and Vibrato sliders. To garble the audio stream, select a scrambling frequency, then select Scramble.
To descramble audio -- First, make sure headphones or other audio equipment are connected to the headphone jack. Select the scrambling frequency, and select Scramble. Select Process. Hold the microphone so you can pick up the scrambled audio, then listen through the headphones. The original message will be clearly heard through the headphones.

Problem: Audio processing doesn't function during phone calls
Solution: This is a limitation of the Android OS. Processing phone call audio requires additional hardware. Contact us for more information.
Problem: Audio is too low
Solution: Close the app, increase the Media Volume in Settings > Sound > Volume, then restart the app.
Problem: Loud feedback noise
Solution: This app is an in-line processor. You must use the headphone jack for this app to function properly.
Problem: Output is delayed
Solution: This is normal. Due to buffering, the output audio may be delayed by a few hundred milliseconds.
Problem: Descrambled message sounds the same as scrambled message
Solution: Make sure Scrambler option is selected.
Problem: "Whooshing" sound
Solution: Move the pitch slider to a different settings, then back to the previous setting. This will reset the pitch shifter.
The French author Gaston Leroux has done a fantastic job of putting elements of romance, mystery, horror, drama, and adventure into his story, producing a brilliant novel that has lasted many years and will be read over and over by book-lovers.
The story mainly revolves around the Vicomte Raoul de Chagny who has fallen in love with the beautiful Christine Daae who is being haunted by a mysterious "ghost" in her dressing room.
The plot moves as anyone would suspect when Christine begins to return the feelings of the Vicomte but then he soon comes to realize that Christine's ghost is real and has a thing or two to say about their relationship.
It is as much a story of the Paris Opera House as it is the tale of that misfigured creature known as the ghost, or the phantom.
