Recent voice change sounds AI generated, fake, insincere, and horribly distracting. Also seems more like it is designed for information collection than useful personalized customization feedback. Fire all your tech staff. They are leading you and this idea down a dark path. Will not renew unless I get paid for the data you're collecting on me.
