Warning: Do not buy anything from this app– they are fraudulent. I purchased an iPhone that initially showed 100% battery health, but it started draining unusually fast. I attempted to get a refund multiple times but never received a response. Additionally, the app has a bug — when you reach the part where you're supposed to attach pictures for the refund process, it doesn't allow you to upload anything.

the worst. you pay complete price. not cheap as what they advertise, and you thought the device is good because the price is high, and after just 1 month of use, the device is broken. even if you made sure you take care of device properly. revibe is not worth your money. better buy somewhere else. and their customer service sucks. theyre not helping at all. waste of money😭😭

I bought the phone, and on the first day of receiving it I noticed a screen failure, as the touching feature doesn't work properly. I filed a claim on the same day and contacted the company, and I was informed that the device would be retrieved by charging, but no connection was made by them. When reviewing the application later, I was surprised that it was canceled on the grounds that contacting me, which is incorrect, and I was never contacted.
