Terrible User Experience We got this to use primarily for my ten year old. The app isn't clear that funds must be transferred from the external bank to the parent account and then to the child's account. There is no confirmation on the screen showing the transfer, so I inadvertently made duplicate transfers. Tried getting customer service to help and they could not. They said they escalated the ticket and would keep me updated. Haven't heard back. I'll be looking for a new product.

Works well until it doesn’t. I've used Revolut for a number of years, recommended to many others. Also pay for my card. App is just a hot mess these days. Too many extras have been added over the years so pages are just to messy and unintuitive. If your card is frozen it is not always easy to see on the app that there is an issue or how to resolve it. Relies too much on notifications which is useless if it is lost in a sea of other notifications.

Couldn't ask for better customer service . Easy to use app. I was able to receive a virtual card as soon as I was verified. So no waiting, unable to use my account. They had my plastic one to me within that week. I had never used this type of financial app before they made it very comfortable & easy to ask questions and to figure out things and my 1st transaction was fast. So far so great.
