This used to be a great app, although a little slow to load. I loaded all my reward cards on it and got rid of the physical cards. In the past few weeks every time I try to launch it, it crashes. So I'm not getting any points on anything anywhere, because I don't have the cards now. And despite me sending report after report to the support email, I've had NO RESPONSE. It's rubbish now. Don't bother.

Seemed great when i first started using it, but now when I try to add a new card it goes through the photos etc and says its saved but it wont show up in my card list. Maybe theres a limit to the amount of cards?? Also tried the online contact support page but the button doesnt work so cant submit a help request. Really hope they fix this bug as I dont want to reload all my cards onto another app :(

Get rid of the stupid advertising when I open the app. Makes it so confusing, makes me believe that the at code on the screen is for that advertisment. I immediately close it because I have an ad in my face, then I have to spend ages trying to find the we code to scan for the place I'm trying to redeem a free coffee at. Usually at the till while people are waiting me. Get rid of ads when opening the app or I'll be uninstalling soon
