Thank you for speedy response. Please all be aware when you update the app to the latest version you will need to stop the app(via settings), clear cache and data . Under permissions enable physical activity and location setting. Restart the app and you will need to log back into it. Once you are in.. don't forget to select the top right 'tracking' to ON position. This has worked for me. Thank you

A great idea, but it doesn't work well. My drives are recorded, but the long walk in between isn't. The only response they have is for me to check my phone settings! This doesn't make sense. Also, activities aren't recorded until late in the day, often many hours after they have been completed, leaving little or no window to check them, which is unfortunately necessary, as they often can't distinguish between a bus ride and a car, etc. So frustrating, as the idea behind the app is worthwhile.

This app used to be great. It tracks all your sustainable activity and rewards you for it. In December it started having some serious problems where it was impossible to confirm activities. I had to change phone as my battery would no longer work properly. I have a brand new phone and I am starting to see issues with the battery: it turns out it is because of this app! It now easily uses 30% of battery! I will now unfortunately have to delete this app to save my new phone's battery :(
