BetterPoints can be redeemed against high street vouchers, spent with local independent retailers and exchanged for services such as leisure centre classes. Ratings and reviews

Great in principle, but the journey tracking only works for me if I have my phone out of my bag, which puts me on edge when walking with it in my hand. It also doesn't track well in areas with trees, for example, or areas with tall buildings. I find myself having to check that it's tracking before I leave anywhere, which gets tiresome. I've lost a lot of points through poor tracking.

Simply put, does not work. The support team do reply to help resolve initial phone set up details but the app just doesnt record all of the activities that you do. I have around 3 hours of cycling unaccounted for which is very frustrating when your working to earn points for charitable donations. Great idea and I would have really enjoyed being part of this group but sad to say that my experience has not been a successful one.

Since the update on 23rd July, it has now stopped recording any activities, I have contacted them, but no response, I would give it zero stars if I could now.... Previous - Glitches lots and does not record lots of activities! pity as it is a good idea. Completed all their ideas battery optimisation etc. but still does not work, last two weeks it has missed about 50%
