Glichy is an understatement. Disconnects on its own, settings are on high every time, I go back and change it to medium. When switching off Pandora, I then had lots of white noise and I had to shut everything down to make it stop, but not every time. When it works right it is awesome. I keep checking to see if there is an update that will make it less buggy, not yet. It's a great concept.
In spite of being too simple to be of very much use it is still buggy, drops connection, and freezes repeatedly, like what is more frustrating than freezing repeatedly? I really wanted it to be able to monitor battery conditions; but no help there either, as it shows the battery is at more than 3/4 right up until the when the battery dies. Pretty much useless. Very disappointed
The remote control for the hearing aids is easier than reaching behind your ear. The Bluetooth support is pretty good. Talking on the phone is much easier when you hear clearly in both ears. But the app is HORRIBLE. The pattern adjustment wont work. I have uninstalled the app, and the hearing aids work well without it.
Just geting use to the app. I think the features are good. I can't seem to turn off the microphone in my hearing aids to stream music, podcasts, audio books etcetera. Often the microphones are taking in white noise from the sourrounding? Perhaps there is help or setting available? Otherwise, the directional positioning is accurate but could be more flexable..
Glitchy. Keeps disconnecting part of my left hearing aid so I might only get like 30% of sound while connected but if app and loop are off, then both work fine. Also y'all took away the option to turn off and on the hearing aids from the app. What gives? Do better pls.
This is a great concept but poorly executed. I am using the third unit. The first 2 were faulty. This one is also bad but not worth the $100 to replace it. It will not stay connected. Poor battery life. Call quality on the other end is marginal.
General bug fixing and improvements
