Love the convenience
I love this app. I shop at Sams often even though I have to travel about 23 miles to my closest store. The one thing I would change is if a item isn't available anymore remove it off your website. There was a one time item that the store had but they sold completely out of it. On the website it states the item was still on sale and available at my store. I drive the 23 mile drive (one way) to get there only to be told they don't have the item. So I would say please make changes on this issue.
I'm very happy with Sam's. This app has made shopping easier. Currently having mobility issues, time, constraints, etc. Shopping online, picking up at my convenience, paying up front has saved my time and energy. The pick up process isn't perfect but it's still less time consuming than my shopping in the store and waiting in line. It gets easier each time. The staff always do a great job.
Not working properly after last update. Try to add to cart and get "Sorry but something went wrong while performing this action. Try later." I had a lotttt of items in my cart that are now gone b/c when you try to click on cart you just get a spinning wheel. I have uninstalled and reinstalled w/out success. I have logged out and login w/out success. This is ridiculous. Where are my items in my cart? This needs fixed.
fuart time shopped at sams club,i bought 4k tv with my one-day trial membership. next day , they canceled my order without notice . they took my money from my bank .i haven't received my money for 5 days . i need to call the company. waste my time and give me trouble. sams club sucks!
