"Free shipping" LOL I ordered $30-something worth of items the other day and just now realized I was charged $22 shipping. While I remember seeing a $57 total, I was thinking that was before I removed an item I didn't need. I know I should've double checked before submitting the order, but the whole reason I upgraded to Plus is for free shipping. Didn't do me any good. Won't order again.

This app will not allow me to change the location of my club that popped up as default. The club that came up as the default when I installed the app isn't even that close to me. I've got two clubs that are closer to me and yet it defaulted to a trashy area. I click on search for location and it does not recognize any other club. I live in a big city so this isn't the only club near me! App is garbage!

The app is very helpful. I probably look at it once or twice a week. I love the ability to have ordered delivery, order drop off, or pick up options. I like being able to choose a store/location. We probably have been in 8 different stores in 8 year. We love to check out the Sam's club near wherever we may travel. The app location helps us see what is available at that store. I enjoy scan and go too.
