Used to love this app and being able to listen to the songs and artists I wanted to, whenever I wanted to. Now, without any warning my over 100 hand-curated playlists are gone (!!!). The only response from customer service is some AI generated response. I always saw Napster as a nice alternative but will now have to switch to something else. So disappointing.

Just terrible, nothing works. I was hoping to find a good alternative to Spotify (which I hate on principle), but this isn't it. I suggest improving user's experience and settings functionality, and lower the price! We are spending more on subscriptions than groceries!

Music alphabetically added to playlists for many years wiped away. No need to continue using the app if my saved music is no longer readily accessible. Napster loses another customer to their competitor. edit And after I cancel my subscription, Napster email with the headline "Keep listening to the music you love. For only €1"... oh how ironic. I cancelled because I couldn't listen to the music I loved!
