Ratings and reviews

Not so bad, but much room for improvement. Scrolling through favourite tracks/artists/playlists etc. is a pain. The listing is alphabetical, no option to search, reverse it or sort for date added, number of plays or others. And if you want to scroll through, the app always takes time to reload the next part of the list. So if you want to scroll from A to Z you need a lot of time. Also Napster doesn't work with my Frontier Silicon device and Undok anymore and nobody seems to care.

This is the worst performing app I've ever used. Nothing seems to work properly and it's sooooooo sluggish... Takes forever to search music and even playing the next song is a struggle. Speaking of struggle, I'm having trouble finding the 'cancel subscription' option in the menu. Definitely do not recommend.

I like that they pay artists more than competitors but the service needs a lot of work. It seems like users can pose as famous artists, e.g. Queens of the Stone Age have 3 artist accounts?? One of them has their entire discography, whilst the other two have a few of their best hits. Feels fishy like the smaller accounts aren't really managed by the band, which means some of their revenue is going to some scummy thief somewhere. Also the service is super slow compared to Spotify.
