I've been looking for an alternative to another service in an attempt to better support artists and Napster was highly recommended. The sound quality is noticeably better than some other services, but the interface is so buggy and lacking in intuitive structure that I'm going to have to continue my search - particularly because I use music as part of my work and need to be able to find new songs and playlists quickly. The suggested music is much less biased, so that's enjoyable at least

I have been using Napster for about 8 years now. I was always happy to use a reasonable alternative to Spotify and the other big players. However, the lack of updated playlists, missing songs (new and old, big and small artists; e.g. Albums by Lady Gaga or Björk) and all in all a few missing features made me switch to a competitor now. I will happily move back to Napster once these issues are resolved, but until then I want to enjoy ALL of the songs I want to listen to - not only a few.

User for over 10years and the app is just not working right anymore. Did uninstall it several times, but it keep on doing the same error, skips songs that I had download, stops playing and closes the app, keep getting errors, keep getting messages the app is not working right, and I'm paying a lot of money a month for the app not to work ever right?? Something I can not even hear two songs and the app will closed 😤
