Has not been using the app for a while and only recently realized the app has been updated because I need to approve an online transaction, turn out the app is frozen and I cannot click the Approve or Reject button ended up I am unable to complete the transaction. Open up the app later it seems to has frozen as well at the announcement screen. Have written to the customer support and see how they can back as I have been updated OS to latest already.

I've been using the RHB Bank app for quite some time, and it has made banking so much more convenient! The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through various services. I love the quick access to my accounts and the ability to transfer funds instantly. The app also sends me notifications for transactions, which adds an extra layer of security. Overall, a fantastic banking app that I highly recommend!"

I have been having difficulty accessing the app for nearly a year. uninstall and reinstall to no effect. multiple phone calls and email but no tech person call back to advise and help check the problem. only the customer service person will give a report number. there should be a technical support number to call when it is a software technical issue.
