Had to activate from ATM only, as I was hospitalized for a few months I'm not able to go ATM for awhile, called customer service but they were unable to do anything, and insisted I go to their ATM to activate. So be aware your funds will be locked when you use RHB banking facilities unlike other banks that allowed me to activate from phone calls. Additionally if u have a separate business account with RHB, they require a separate phone to activate SecureSign. It's too much limitations.

like a fool sometimes you can't log in because the password is wrong, you've entered the correct password or pin and there's nothing wrong, it forces you to reset the password. then you enter the correct password and it immediately locks your account because you've entered the wrong password many times even though there's nothing wrong, fix this app pig
