This has a great UI; is easy to use, clean, and nice to look at. Fully featured, and also supports chromecast. Nice. Looking just now at other reviews on chrome-cast audio; I suffer from the same problem (audio stopping after a song, when screen off). I believe this to be a problem in either android or your/my particular manufacturer version. I'm running on Huawei p8 lite. It seems to be a battery management issue. Maybe I am wrong, but i've seen this issue on every single app i've tried chrome-cast on. Unfortunately. Otherwise, this app looks and works really great. Suggestion: would be great if you could switch songs from the lock screen (as is possible from poweramp). Additional wish: It would be great if one could cast from a NAS/UpnP source.

I am using this with Android Auto on Samsung Galaxy S9 with a >128GB music library on SD card. Pulsar works better with Auto than the Google Play Music app which is really hard to control while driving. It also does seem to understand what i want to listen to when I use voice/google assistant. However, when I navigate on the car's screen to select an Album or Artist, Pulsar ends up in a screen with a circle turning and nothing ever happens. Impossible to select an Album. The only workaround I found is creating manually (on the phone, not from A. Auto) a playlist. Then I can select the playlist. It's really frustrating.

Tried many Android music player apps and this is my favorite one. Clean layout with many customized functions and easy to use. Have been using it for years. Some minor issues such as couldn't download a song cover image by "download from internet". Remember it used to work but now it doesn't. It's still my favorite music player on Android and thank you for the regular updates.
