Ratings and reviews

Bugged app. Bad support. The transfer platform is fast but if there is an issue in the transfer, even because of the apps error the support doesn't help and just leaves in the middle of the chat. If a customer says they had an issue the support just says no issue from our end and does not further assist. I expected better based on the reviews.

Would not recommend based on this experience. My Ria online account was suddenly locked, and when I called customer service for assistance, they were completely unhelpful. The representative informed me that "the system blocked me" but couldn't provide any specific reason or solution to resolve the issue. unable to access my account, and the lack of support from customer service is worse. I expected much better service, especially when it comes to something as important as my online access.

This app is used by hackers to steal your money. I almost got completely caught up in it. Their customer service is not helpful. Don't download this app if someone tells you to do it. I contacted support for help, I have not heard back from the email I sent nor have I been contacted for my side. I have unilaterally been contacting them for updates. Only time they contact me is if I pop onto support chat to get an update because that's an automatic thing for them.
