EDIT: The new version won't get past the sign in splash screen. It crashes every single time. I'm not able to submit a report. Sometimes it seems like it's going to work, and then crashes anyway. GPS does not work. Richmond you should go back to see click fix. Why did you reinvent the wheel?

Well, you can find info here, but you cant do anything with it. Links either crash or are incomplete. For instance, if you try to report an abandoned car it will ask if the car is on private or public property. Then it links you to private if that is the case, but says nothing about public. Then, if you, out of exasperation, go to private, it crashes. I wonder... who's cousin was given money to NOT develop this app properly?

Update: I didn't think that it was possible for this app to get any worse, yet it did. I'm now stuck on the "signing in" screen that loads when the app opens. This app is terrible. Why did the city go away from using the See Click Fix app? I never had an issue with that application. This RVA 311 is terrible!
