the content is great, 10/10, but the app freezes or the audio stops if you try to do too much else on your phone (like taking pictures, which you tend to do a lot of during these tours). the audio playback can only be controlled in the app, there's no way to use headphone controls or even the playback notification banner.

Lots of great free tours that really enhance the experience, but the app is really poorly designed. It doesn't behave like a normal podcast app, and often the app dies and the audio stops if you switch apps (e.g. to take a picture of something Rick is talking about). It also lacks a lot of basic controls (controlling speed, skipping ahead, etc). The iPhone app has all these features, and if Android had parity this would be 5 stars

Helped me a lot on my quick visit to London. He skips intricate details and gives the essentials. Just the right level humor without distraction. He should offer paid packages tailored to user's needs. Map is not perfect and you need to swap between a map application. GPS positioning and more detailed direction could be added. 20s rewind button let's you go back when you miss something they said but unfortunately there is no 20s forward button. Audio download does not work in the background.
