ABQ RIDE GO! lets you book rides quickly and easily for the following services:
ABQ RIDE CONNECT
This flexible, ride-share service open to the general public allows riders to request and book rides at NO cost, in our service zones. This FREE service uses our electric van fleet to connect passengers at key transfer route locations, like Transit Centers, shopping centers, and more!
ABQ RIDE CONNECT is available in select areas around Albuquerque: visit cabq.gov/transit for the latest information on service area and hours of operation.
Sun Van
Sun Van is a ride-share, curb-to-curb paratransit service operated by ABQ RIDE. This public transportation conducted in ADA accessible vans provides accessible rides to people residing in or visiting the metro area whose disability prevents them from riding Fixed Route City buses. There is NO cost to Sun Van riders.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), paratransit functions as a “safety net” for people whose disabilities prevent them from using the fixed route bus system. It is not intended to meet all of the transportation needs of persons with disabilities, all of the time.
All Sun Van riders must be ADA-certified through an interview process by phone or at the Alvarado Transportation Center downtown, depending on the nature of the disability. Visit cabq.gov/transit for more information and to apply.

The app is easy to use. once I figured out how booking works, I was able to keep track of my rides. I love how it not only shows how far my ride is from me, but it also shows me if they need to drop off or pick up someone else before dropping me off. That has been really helpful when I'm a routine and schedule kind of person.

very confusing for a senior citizen to navigate. WAY too many 'hoops' to jump through!

app keeps crashing and saying that I can't book a ride due to being outside coverage area, funny thing is that I can book it by calling. I have deleted and redownloaded the app. but still won't work.
