A glitching app. First you have to register, which is common. But even though you're physically typing in data it never accepts your email address. It keeps reverting back to "email address required". NO DUH! I keep typing in my email address but it doesn't accept it. The app acts like you never typed it in. This app is worthless. don't even try using it.

In all fairness, I just recentyly downloaded the app. in attempting to work and understand features, ' stressed me out. as a person with the use of one hand only obviously does not help. On a positive note, throughout the years of using metro lift, all the drivers have been great . Guess I will continue to call in for my appointments.

Wish they would extend the scheduling hours on the app. However, the service is great and the drivers are usually really nice.
