Tried to use in Rome. Zones where parking was allowed was not explained at beginning so we rode to a spot out of zone and could not "pause" our trip while visiting a spot we wanted to see (after paying for an all day pass). As a result we had to ride 3km north and park them in an approved zone and then take a cab. On top of that, the login/logout experience was buggy and it would not let me end my trip. To top it off, the email provided to report issues bounced. Use another bike company.

Do NOT use this app - I used RideMovi on a trip to Italy and since I came back I was charged TWICE for a balance top-up that I did not activate on the app AT ALL. It wasn't even periodic, they waited for a month to start adding small $5-$6 dollar charges on my card (that I couldn't remove from the app!!!) and thought I wouldn't notice. I hate that you are forced to input your credit card info directly into the app, rather than using Google Pay.

One of the worst scooter experiences I've ever had. The hardware was fine, although one would expect that considering it's new. The app offers very limited payment methods, and for some reasom requires bluetooth to be turned on in order to ride. But the biggest offense is the warnings. At one point during my ride, the scooter (for a reason I can't figure out) decided I was driving dangerously. And its response was to bring the scooter to a stop in the middle of an intersection! Dangerous indeed.
