The app is great and so is the Onewheel XR. The app is easy to use and very functional. I love tracking rides. Reduced the rating now that I have a Pint. I think it is a design flaw and not an app issue but connectivity is absolutely terrible with the Pint. They even admit it themselves. I called support and they emailed me tips on how to try and get it to work. The instructions, and let me be clear that this is not a joke, were to place the phone directly on the front foot pad of the board.
