It's impossible to redeem "Ride Points", I've been consistently getting "please try again" for three months. Either fix it or remove the feature entirely EDIT: dropping my rating to 1 star as it still impossible to redeem ride points so far in November 2025

We need updates for this app... we can not rely on this kind of product to run a buisness. There are alot of problems with it... connectivity problems, destination problems, calculating price problems and sometimes it doesnt even finish trips and if does its not the right price. So I think you should finish developing and updating this promising app instead of sending hundreds of text messages a day.

The app has shown some improvement. However, it's not possible to redeem RIDE points, and then all the points will expire by the end of the month. You have to either remove this feature. Otherwise, you're deliberately scamming your customers.
