the app told me a driver in a purple Tesla would be at my residence in minutes. a Tesla showed up but it was blue and white and light blue. did not even have any numbers on it. I waited for the car listed on the app. it never showed up. the two tone blue and white car left and I got message saying driver left after waiting long enough. when I called customer service they couldn't comprehend that no car by the one shown on the app arrived. the guy could not understand anything of what I said!

One of my favorite ride services not only is it free mon-Fri but the app lets you order rides but it lets you track drivers location, communicate with the drivers
