This app is absolutely terrible, it has drivers drive weird routes and it's impossible to get anywhere on time. The app doesn't allow you to be picked up and dropped off at your exact location and it changes your pick up and drop off location with no warning minutes before pick up and drop off. I requested a ride once at 5:25 p.m. and didn't get dropped off till 6:25 p.m. making me late to my destination. I can't stress enough just how terribly this app was made. The 5 star reviews are lies.

Ever since they rolled out this new app it has been impossible to get a ride. Sometimes the app won't show me my pickup info. There is also a specific driver that I constantly have issues with named Toiya G. I have reported her multiple times and they choose to do nothing about it. She just decides she doesn't want to pick you up, that or she won't complete the ride till 30 minutes after you get dropped off so she can go do whatever. Other drivers watch videos on phone while driving! DANGEROUS!!

It's impossible to book, I've tried to see how close to my destination I can get (because it's out of 'boundaries') in hope I can just uber the rest of the way to make it cheaper but everywhere on the map says it's unable to find a way of transport or whatever. Very disappointing as I was told this is a cost effective way of traveling.
