About this app

Leicestershire FoxConnect is a new way to get about in the county.

It is a Digital Demand Responsive Transport (DDRT) service which offers a smart, bookable bus service that operates a flexible route within a specific area.
It provides journeys to passengers based on demand, depending on where passengers wish to travel to and from.

How it works:
- You can book your journey by using the service app, or contacting the service call centre
- You can book a journey by choosing a pickup and drop off location within the service area.
- As there is no fixed timetable, you also choose an ‘arrive by’ or ‘leave after’ time.
- The app works its magic and analyses vehicle availability, your location, preferred drop-off or pick-up time.
You will then be offered a journey

You can also book your return journey at the same time.

A booking confirmation will be sent via email or text, and you will receive a text message when the driver is on their way to your pick-up location.
