About this app

SunRide is a microtransit service available in eight (8) Coachella Valley zones. Riders can plan, book and keep track of their trips all from one application, the SunRide app, which will call for a SunRide vehicle to pick them up and drop them off within walking distance of their specified location.

How it works:
-Enter your pickup and dropoff locations and we’ll tell you the best journey available at that time.
-Book SunRide trips directly in the app for you and any additional passengers.
-Never miss your ride with live arrival times for your bus and ride tracking for your SunRide journey.
-There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way!

I'm giving a 5 star rating to the support staff at SunRide Transit. Even though I haven't been able to actually take the On Demand service, because they either have a very limited staff and they are probably finishing their training. I was just thinking, I did have things to do and taking (The other transportation was the regular bus) of course they didn't really care to tell you how to use the app and it's a stressful race. I'll try tomorrow the ride is on my mind. tell you to keep calling.

The worst app ever, DON'T DOWNLOAD IT, MUCH LESS USE IT. Insecurity, terrible service, like everything Sunline touches. They pick you up wherever they feel like it, you have to walk where they tell you, and they drop you off wherever they decide. A dreadful app and a dreadful service.

Takes way too long for pick up, and the cars are not cleaned nightly, as Sunline states on website SunRide safety protocols include: Partition between passenger(s) and driver Wipe down of interior spaces between rides Nightly disinfecting fogging of vehicle all lies none of this is done! .
