Incredibly helpful for booking rides within my downtown area and for connecting with other public transportation options. User-friendly design, particularly the clear map view showing ride arrival and estimated pickup times, has been efficient. Convenience of saving frequently visited locations as favorites and the ability to confirm my pickup window the evening before is great. The seamless automatic payment system using my saved credit card is a handy feature as well.

I have had great and, not so great, experiences. My last ride was great. (The reason for the 4 stars) A woman that may be an RT employee? (I think she drove the Smart RT) She was very professional. The prior ride didn't happen. They always give a window of 15 minutes before through 15 minutes after your set pick up time. I was on the street waiting prior to that set window. My pick up time was 9:30am. At 9:07am this guy text me and said "I've got to go, I have personal customers ". Lovely. :/

App needs Lots of work, not user-friendly. The Call Center Representative are just ok, they also need more Customer Service TRAINING especially Phone Skills
