Thank you for finally fixing the app. At least billing section is accessible and works now.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't bother to offer enough repair service appointments to their customers. Even after contacting them through customer support, they did nothing. Just sit there to find ways to cut customer's pocket. But never forget to deduct weekly subscription charge. If you want to terminate your contract early due to their lack of customer service, still they will charge you with so called breakout fees. They just don't care about customer. What a shame

App does not work . 1) The remote lock/ unlock don't work. My bike is currently locked and I press unlock on the app and waits for awhile then just goes back to locked. 2) There is no buttons anywhere that say book a repair . 3) Responses are slow and the store has working number to contact them on. Regret getting zooomo , I will go with other cheaper companies. The app is obviously not maintained by the developers. Avoid
