Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't bother to offer enough repair service appointments to their customers. Even after contacting them through customer support, they did nothing. Just sit there to find ways to cut customer's pocket. But never forget to deduct weekly subscription charge. If you want to terminate your contract early due to their lack of customer service, still they will charge you with so called breakout fees. They just don't care about customer. What a shame

Thank you for finally fixing the app. At least billing section is accessible and works now.

The app is horrible just like the customer service. You won't be able to book a repair because the app will just crash and close itself, customer support won't answer you for weeks, they don't have a phone number in 2023. They will lock your bike and threaten you with taking your bike even if you pay.. Only thing they interested in is money.
