After recent update, all the charm of using this app gone. Constant drop of token is frustrating and it's makes one look like fool in eyes of conductor. Guys, why don't u test the changes throughly before releasing. I gave several feedback over this week, but constantly getting that nagging machine answer "thank u, we working on ur feedback"
One of the worst app i have encountered. I purchased a mobile pass from this app and was able to validate the pass for only two journeys. The rest of the time it was showing connection error. My money is now wasted due to pass purchase from this app and not able to use this pass. Even the bus conductors are not aware how to tackle such situations occurring in the app.
Very useful app. Saves one from the trouble of carrying or at times disputing with the conductor for change money. Also good on offers and cashbacks. But most of them are upto 31 March 2017. Hoping that they continue giving more such rewards to encourage cashless transactions.
Support only one type of pass and always shows you're in the wrong bus many time my money got wasted never gonna use this app. uninstalling.....screw you ridlr
I'm very disappointed. Of late refilled Freecharge with Rs. 100 but it's not reflecting in my rdlr account and was deducted from my credit card account. Apart from it, I'm well satisfied with the app
fraud app and company. When you are download this app company provide you 100 points for use. but you cant use it. After you are successful recharges done. They are automatically deducted that point which app provides you. If company not provide this 100 points to customers then its meaning company makes or things people are fool.
