Very good service. Now we don't need to carry change, also getting attractive cash back RIDLR points. But sometimes conductor's Wi-Fi not working and we can not buy ticket or validate our pass. One more thing can BEST start a single bus form Dindoshi depot to Vikhroli depot. As there are no direct bus.
The latest update has messed up this app. Problems with identifying the bus, showing no bus and tickets getting cancelled but amount getting deducted are some of the problems I have faced off late Ridlr team have to get this fixed to get a better rating
Earlier we used to get cashback on Thursday. Now it seems like Ridlr doesn't want to give cashbacks. If we can't get anything by going digital then why to use your app. I don't think this alone but my friends also thinks the same thing and they prefer cash payment instead of using Ridlr. & When taking a ticket with the Ridlr app, it asks for GPS to turn ON. But it doesn't Turn OFF the GPS automatically after the use. Because of this there is drainage of Battery. As I know this, I just turn OFF the GPS manually. But think of those people, who don't know anything about the GPS. Please do something for this'!!
Need Exit Updates This app is very convenient. However from past week (12th Jan'18) I am facing serious exit issues at Ghatkopar stn (upper exit machine). There is no error while exiting, but it doesn't get updated on app. Because of it, app does not allow to start new trip during my return journey. And then it can't be proceeded unless you pay the penalty. This issues is repeated 3rd time since past 6 days. Kindly resolve this issues as the same is wasting time (calling customer care) and money. Thanking You.
App only tells you that your balance is low. Most of the conductors do not put their machine's wifi as they don't get any commission from the sale of mobile tickets. "The money goes directly to the BEST account so we make less money & so we have put off the wifi." The most commute done by me is in Route no. 266 & 234. Both the bus route don't have this facility. So get your infrastructure in place & implementation should be done properly.
While I would always use this app to book BEST tickets earlier with success, nowadays most of the time it picks up the wrong bus number or says that you are travelling in the opposite direction....Now I need to ensure I have change with me as can no longer rely on this.....
