About this app
The Rightio EMS app aims to ease and speed up the communication between the Rightio Engineers and the Rightio Logistics team and back office.
Using the EMS app, our Rightio engineers can access job details, start a new job and request an electronic signature, take notes on the job, complete risk assessments, take photos, close the job and take payment or pull for parts. Your rota or availability is also available to view on the EMS app.
Logistics and back-office receive information directly from the app, eliminating the need for phone calls and waiting on hold, previously known for wasting precious time for the customer. All the engineer’s notes and photos are readily available for the team to access as soon as the job is completed.
Our customers will benefit from the EMS app as well – job sheets will now be sent to their email address, ensuring a job sheet will never be lost again. Photos taken by engineers on site will help our Customer Services to provide better, fact-based resolutions, and payment for a completed job will only take seconds.

Doesn't work and has never work on my android phone. This is one of the reason why I don't take that many job from you, as no time for paperwork. Whatever your app designer is doing, he is getting all wrong ! Not working and very frustrating. Hi . I have just removed it completely from my Samsung galaxy s8 android and 're install a fresh new up to date copy but still doesn't work. Stock on the customer signature first screen 😒

One too many signitures to attain but good all round. I think two signitures would be better, customers always say such things as " bloody hell, another one".

Hi Scott, thanks for the feedback. We are looking at combining the last 2 signature pages into one screen, and expect to see this in one of our forthcoming releases.

Data not storing. Having to restart jobs. Loosing time on jobs
What's new
- Allow you to upload a photo of cash receipts when you have deposited them rather than email them – just go to cash/cheque on EMS and click upload photo.
- Jobs that are being P4P for a second time or more will recognise whether we have already taken a deposit and will therefore not allow you to take any further funds if we hold a balance.
- If you are not sure about the parts needed when pulling for parts you will have the option to select ‘more time required’.
