Just a terrible pain to deal with . Everything takes three times longer than just doing it yourself. The app was supposed to help if you have to work during the day but instead of making the appointment you spend multiple hours during your work day trying to get a hold of right way so you can book an appointment.

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues. If you can update to a more recent version of Android, that will likely clear up the issues you're experiencing. Alternatively, you can visit our website at member.rightwayhealthcare.com. This may work better for you since you're using an older device / OS.

This whole company has ruined our pharmacy benefits. Really hoping our employer chooses another pbm for next year. Nothing about Rightway is convenient. I'm convinced it's operated in someone's garage. Nothing is easy. Registering on the app, filling your prescriptions, sending PAs (can't use CoverMyMeds like everyone else in 2022), it's all an ordeal anytime you need to do something pharmacy related.
