Bit by Bit is a game to prepare kids for learning programming.
They will learn:
- planning ahead
- creative problem solving
- analytical and logical thinking
the best way possible — through play.
What will your kids learn when playing?
Game is tested on elementary school kids and it is based on initial programming curriculum and academic research.
Frequent statements commented:
1. there are bugs or unsolvable levels - nope, all levels are tested also on elementary school kids, few smart ones got to the last level of the last world and finished it. It is possible!
2. this is not programming - we worked hard to hide programming logic into game in a way that kids wouldn't notice ;) There are if-conditions, while loops and variables in game. and in further levels player has to deal with optimizing the solution (for the room on the field) and considering multiple parallel functions at the same time. Debug mode is also there (paus, adjust, replay)
