This app does not work! I've tried logging in. It would say "can't do that right now". I tried to set up a neighbor account. It would give me an invalid error. It is easy to set up on one phone only bit not anything more. I would not recommend! I even took screen shots to prove this. I can't even create an account under the neighbors ring app! Maybe the app it too old because I have a brand new Samsung galaxy.

Unless I'm missing something, there's nothing in this app that I don't already get with my Ring app, so I deleted it. Also, neither app is about community safety. 97.4% of all posts are about missing, found and abandoned pets. The very few "crime" related alerts are like: " I heard a loud noise, I think it was gunfire". Then a few other people say they heard it too. Then you never ever hear any follow-up . Waste of time.

You can customize Neighbors through Settings, Neighborhood Settings, Push Notification Settings, Filter Alerts by Type, Advanced Filters and then deselect topics you're no longer interested in.
While we encourage folks to mark a post as resolved, some users don't always get around to it. We apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused you.

The app is good, but now Ring has unnecessarily started collecting phone numbers from app users. I went to check the app today and I had gotten signed out.. again. Upon trying to sign back in, there's a notice that email verification is no longer supported and they now want a phone number. If they had asked for a phone number initially, this would have been fine. But to require new information to get back into an account I've been using for a long time is unacceptable. Uninstalled.
