Using the app is easy and everything makes sense. I have had to change drop off information and reconcile a payment before without having to call in. I have also had a couple of moves and switching locations was a breeze. The service that Rinse provides is absolutely wonderful in my experience!

So far so good after the first try. Will try again. Better then others I've used in regards to communication, speed of pick up and delivery, and most importantly for me- having multiple ways of cleaning items. Update- Still a great experience after 3 months. No issues and fast turnaround. The app is easy and well made. I also really like how rinse communicates to users.
