Ratings and reviews

Updated: Being able to access the game has been fixed. My only complaint isn't in regard to the game, but some of the players who decide to play. I enjoy playing mobile games during my free time, but I've noticed some other players are a bit nasty towards amateur/casual players. I personally dont mind (it's hard to focus on chats while actively in battle) but I know this can be a deterrent for others. So, just keep that in mind, otherwise, I thouroghly enjoy this game :)

Good game, but punishes you for their game not connecting. Not an internet issue. Making you lose ranking when it's there problem and not the user. Retarting the game to finally connect to only be behind with no way to come back, forcing a surrender. Had happened a few times now, which is very frustrating. I have never had this problem when playing Honor of Kings. Was originally curious why rating for game was so low on play store, now I know why!

there is a SEVERE problem that's been happening for the last 3 seasons. it's where I get stuck in the loading screen right before you go into match. the one that shows everyone's hero banners. the game gets stuck at 95% and says "loading complete, waiting on team" but apparently the game already started and it's just me, because everytime I reload the game I get the same loading screen and after the 5th refresh, the game ended and I'm penalized because I "left" the game?!? this happened 4x now
