In The Rooms is a free, digital meeting website and social network for the addiction recovery community. With over 600,000 members, In The Rooms provides a virtual space for people to connect with others in recovery around the globe. Great app, lots of meetings to choose from, can request verifications by logging in to the website, but with the app it's easy to get into an online meeting and I like that I can set reminders for upcoming meeting, keep track of my sobriety time, and even make friends, read daily posts from other users give feedback. You can search for a local meeting near you or just one click join an online meeting with lots of options to choose from. It's a great app.

Installed app after not being on website account for a while. When i tried to log in, it said member not found. Requested name/password through email, but never got a code notice even though it said it was sent. Went back to website and logged into account with no problem, but said I could only access video meetings thru app. So, I went back to app, and this time it logged it with no problem (weird). Now, that I'm finally in to my account, everything is great. Love and appreciate InTheRooms.

I appreciate the opportunity to connect with community. That said, there are some technical aspects that make it frustrating. App doesn't show / have all the features that computers apparently do. It also drops the call if I get a call / switch pages momentarily & then I lose ny spot in the share queue. No chat box to ask questions / make comments. As a newcomer, that's frustrating when I can't see the readings & don't know what they're reading & have no way to ask unless I request to share.
